Sales Centre Manager (FIT)

ProHire Network – Recruitment & Training is supporting Luxury resort in the Maldives in the search for an experienced Sales Centre Manager (FIT).

This is a hands-on sales leadership role responsible for the day-to-day performance of the FIT (Free Independent Traveller) sales team, with direct ownership of revenue, conversion, pipeline performance and guest satisfaction across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the FIT sales team, driving revenue and conversion against targets

• Own daily and weekly FIT sales and conversion performance across markets and channels

• Manage the sales pipeline, CRM discipline, follow-ups and won/lost tracking

• Monitor key KPIs including conversion, response time, booking value and pipeline health

• Coach and develop the team in consultative selling, negotiation, upselling and VIP/HNW guest handling

• Manage rostering, workload and coverage within a 24/7 operation

• Ensure accurate application of rates, offers, trade-partner terms and payment controls

• Drive CSAT and service quality across email, telephone and WhatsApp interactions

• Work closely with Sales, Key Account Managers and resort teams to ensure a seamless luxury guest journey

Mandatory / Key Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FIT / luxury travel sales

• At least 2–3 years of team leadership/management experience

• Proven track record of owning sales revenue and conversion targets, rather than simply supporting them

• Strong knowledge of CRM and sales pipeline management, rate structures, offers and payment controls

• Experience handling VIP and high-net-worth guests

• Familiarity with one or more key source markets: US, UK, Europe, GCC or Russia

• Strong people-management, coaching and performance-management skills

• Comfortable working with sales data, KPIs and reporting

• Ability to lead a team operating on a 24/7 shift model

• Fluent English is essential; additional regional languages are an advantage

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality or Sales preferred
