Executive Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join a luxury resort in the Maldives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong culinary professional who has experience working in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts and is confident managing high-volume kitchen operations and multicultural culinary teams.

• Currently working as an Executive Sous Chef or in a similar senior culinary position
• Strong 5-star luxury hotel/resort background
• Previous Maldives or remote island experience will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and large-scale kitchen operations
• Excellent understanding of food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards
• Experience in menu planning, food costing and inventory control
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Ability to train, motivate and develop a multicultural culinary team
• Hands-on, organised and able to work in a fast-paced resort environment
• Good English communication skills
