We are looking for an experienced In-Salon Nail Trainer to join a leading luxury beauty brand in the Middle East. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced salon environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams.

As an In-Salon Nail Trainer, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching Nail Technicians, delivering technical training, maintaining luxury service standards, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will introduce the latest nail trends and techniques, monitor team performance, support daily salon operations, and help create a positive, motivated, and high-performing team. These responsibilities reflect the client's role expectations.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Nail Technician or In-Salon Nail Trainer
Professional qualification or certification in Nail Technology preferred
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
Excellent grooming and professional presentation
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced luxury salon environment
Strong understanding of hygiene, health & safety, and salon operating procedures
Willingness to relocate to the Middle East
