Security Officer

ProHire Network, a recruitment partner specialising in luxury hospitality recruitment across the Maldives and international markets, is currently recruiting experienced Security Officers / Security Guards on behalf of one of our luxury resort clients in the Maldives.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced security professionals with strong fire & safety knowledge, swimming ability and hospitality security experience to join a professional luxury island resort environment.

• Previous experience as a Security Officer / Security Guard
• Previous luxury resort / 5-star hotel security experience preferred
• Maldives resort experience strongly preferred
• Strong swimming ability – Mandatory
• Valid Swimming / Water Rescue Certification – Mandatory
• Valid Fire & Safety / Fire Fighting Certification – Mandatory
• First Aid / CPR certification would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of fire safety, emergency response and evacuation procedures
• Physically fit and capable of responding effectively during emergency situations
• Professional, disciplined and well-groomed
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest-service mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment
