Male Spa / Sports Massage Therapists

ProHire Network is recruiting experienced Male Spa / Sports Massage Therapists for a professional spa and wellness establishment in Bahrain.

We are seeking skilled, dedicated and service-oriented therapists with proven hands-on experience in sports massage, therapeutic bodywork and relaxation treatments.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of muscle recovery, physical wellness and professional massage techniques, with the ability to deliver treatments tailored to individual client needs.

Priority will be given to candidates with proven sports massage experience, particularly in deep tissue massage, assisted stretching and pre- and post-event treatments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional sports massage, therapeutic and relaxation treatments according to client requirements.

Perform deep tissue massage to address muscular tension, stiffness and physical discomfort.

Provide pre- and post-event sports massage treatments to support muscle preparation and recovery.

Perform assisted stretching techniques to improve flexibility, mobility and muscle relaxation.

Deliver Swedish, relaxation and dry massage treatments.

Assess client preferences, physical concerns and treatment requirements before each session.

Recommend appropriate massage techniques based on individual client needs and professional scope of practice.

Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and treatment room standards.

Ensure client comfort, privacy and professionalism throughout every treatment.

Maintain a welcoming and professional approach while building positive client relationships.

Follow all spa operational procedures, safety guidelines and service standards.

Work collaboratively with the spa team to maintain a high-quality guest experience.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous professional experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist or Sports Massage Therapist.

Proven practical experience in sports massage is essential.

Proficiency in deep tissue massage and therapeutic muscle recovery techniques.

Hands-on experience in assisted stretching.

Experience performing pre- and post-event sports massage.

Knowledge of Swedish, relaxation and dry massage techniques.

Understanding of muscular anatomy, pressure application and massage safety.

Ability to customize treatments according to individual client requirements.

Good communication skills and a professional appearance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in a reputable spa, wellness centre, sports recovery facility or hospitality environment would be advantageous.

Relevant massage therapy certification or professional training is preferred.
