Sommelier

ProHire Network, in partnership with Atoll Career, is hiring an experienced Sommelier for a luxury resort in the Maldives.

We are looking for a passionate wine professional who can deliver exceptional guest experiences and confidently manage wine service within a high-end luxury environment.

• Previous Sommelier experience in a luxury hotel, resort or fine-dining restaurant
• Excellent knowledge of international wines, Champagne, spirits, vintages and wine regions
• Strong food & wine pairing knowledge
• WSET / Sommelier certification preferred
• Wine cellar, inventory and stock-management experience
• Strong ability to recommend and upsell premium wines
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Luxury resort/island experience is an advantage
• European candidates preferred
• Must be comfortable working and living on a remote island
