• Currently working as a Front Office Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong background in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts
• Previous Maldives resort experience is highly preferred
• Excellent guest relations and complaint-handling skills
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and luxury service standards
• Proven experience leading and developing multicultural teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on, confident and highly guest-focused
