Requirements
Key Highlights: • Assistant Food & Beverage Manager • Ultra-Luxury Resort, Maldives • Minimum 2 Years' Experience in an Assistant F&B Manager or Similar Leadership Role • Luxury Resort or Ultra-Luxury Hospitality Background Required • Fluency in English Essential • Fluency in at Least One European Language Required • Single Status Package Essential Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role within a luxury resort or five-star hotel • Strong Food & Beverage operational background with a hands-on leadership approach • Previous experience within luxury resorts, luxury hotels or ultra-luxury hospitality environments • Strong guest engagement and luxury service mindset • Proven ability to lead and develop multicultural teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Stable career history demonstrating progression and commitment Preferred Experience: • Experience in remote island resorts or destination resorts • Pre-opening experience would be advantageous • Exposure to international luxury guest profiles The Ideal Candidate: The successful candidate will be a visible and approachable leader with exceptional attention to detail, a passion for luxury hospitality and the ability to create memorable guest experiences while supporting operational excellence across all Food & Beverage outlets.
