Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious luxury resort in Dubai, UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage service, and leading the team to consistently deliver luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, motivate, train and develop the restaurant team to maintain consistently high service standards.
Deliver exceptional and personalized guest experiences in line with luxury hospitality expectations.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor and actively engage with guests.
Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally and effectively.
Ensure restaurant service standards, SOPs and brand standards are consistently followed.
Work closely with the culinary and wider Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless operations.
Manage staffing levels, scheduling and daily team briefings.
Monitor restaurant performance, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Support revenue generation, upselling initiatives and cost-control measures.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety and food-service regulations.
Maintain excellent presentation and operational standards throughout the restaurant.

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
Strong background in Food & Beverage Service.
Experience managing a high-end restaurant or luxury dining operation.
Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling VIP and international guests.
Strong operational, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent English communication skills are essential.
Previous Dubai/UAE or international luxury hospitality experience will be an advantage.
