About the role
ProHire Network is currently recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury resort in the Maldives.
We are looking for a passionate and skilled culinary professional with strong experience in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts, who can consistently deliver high-quality food while maintaining excellent hygiene, presentation and operational standards.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step
Experience in 5-star luxury hotels/resorts
Strong knowledge of international cuisine
Excellent food preparation, presentation and plating skills
Good understanding of HACCP, food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
Ability to manage an assigned section independently
Experience with mise en place, stock control and minimizing food wastage
Able to work effectively in a high-volume, multicultural kitchen environment
Strong teamwork, communication and time-management skills
Maldives or island resort experience would be an advantage
Good command of English
