About the role
ProHire Network is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join a luxury resort in the Maldives.
We are preferably looking for someone with good experience in Indian cuisine who is confident working in a busy, high-standard kitchen environment.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Senior Commis
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Indian cuisine preferred
Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
Good understanding of food preparation, presentation and hygiene standards
Able to maintain consistency and quality during busy operations
Comfortable working in a multicultural kitchen team
Maldives or international resort experience will be an advantage
Ready to relocate to the Maldives
