We are looking for a talented culinary professional with strong hands-on experience in Asian cuisine, preferably gained within luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end restaurants.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie – Asian Kitchen
Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, including Thai, Chinese, Japanese and/or Southeast Asian dishes
Experience within 5-star luxury hotels or resorts preferred
Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen hygiene standards
Ability to independently manage the assigned section
Good communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about quality, consistency and guest experience
