Food & Beverage Manager

ProHire Network & Atoll Career are currently recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for an exciting luxury hospitality opportunity in Cyprus.

We are seeking a highly experienced, commercially focused F&B professional with a strong international hospitality background. Previous experience in Cyprus is not required. Candidates with experience in the Maldives, UAE, Middle East, Europe, Asia, or other international hospitality destinations are encouraged to apply.

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Senior F&B Manager
• Strong background with internationally recognized luxury hotel or resort brands
• Extensive experience within 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or premium hospitality operations
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, banquet and overall F&B operations
• Excellent leadership, team management and staff-development skills
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost control and operational performance
• Commercially focused with the ability to drive revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, hygiene and food safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop multicultural teams
• International or luxury resort experience is highly desirable
