An established Travel & Tourism Company in Egypt is looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead its operations, business growth and overall performance.

• Strong leadership experience within the Travel & Tourism industry
• Previous experience in a senior management or leadership role
• Proven experience in business development and revenue growth
• Strong understanding of travel operations and customer experience
• Experience in budgeting, P&L management and cost control
• Strong commercial, negotiation and strategic planning skills
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Good understanding of the travel and tourism market
• International or Middle East experience will be an advantage
• Excellent command of English
• Open to both Egyptian nationals and expatriate candidates
