Director of Finance

ProHire Network has partnered with a luxury resort in the Maldives to recruit an experienced Director of Finance (DOF).

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in luxury resort operations. The Director of Finance will be responsible for the overall financial strategy, planning, controls, compliance, budgeting and commercial performance of the resort.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the resort’s overall finance and accounting operations
Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and governance
Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team
Monitor profitability, costs and overall financial performance
Lead and develop the resort finance team

Requirements
Currently working as a Director of Finance in a luxury resort
Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Director of Finance
Maldives experience is mandatory
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
Strong luxury hospitality/resort finance background
Excellent financial planning, budgeting and forecasting skills
Strong knowledge of financial controls, compliance and governance
Strong commercial and profitability focus
Proven leadership and team management experience
