We are seeking a visionary Executive Pastry Chef to lead and elevate the pastry experience, crafting refined, innovative and wellness-driven desserts for a discerning international clientele.

As Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing world-class pastry and dessert offerings, ensuring every creation reflects the brand’s commitment to luxury, wellness and exceptional guest experience.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in ultra-luxury resorts or 5-star international hotels
• Expertise in modern pastry techniques, plated desserts, artisan baking and chocolate work
• Mandatory: Proficiency in at least one European language (French, Italian, Spanish, German, etc.)
• Strong leadership with the ability to train, inspire and manage multicultural teams
• Exceptional eye for detail, aesthetics and fine presentation

Preferred Profile

• Experience in wellness-focused or health-conscious pastry concepts (vegan, gluten-free, low sugar)
• Ability to create bespoke dessert menus tailored to high-net-worth international guests
• Deep understanding of global luxury hospitality standards
• Passion for innovation, storytelling through food and elevated guest experiences
