Resort Manager

ProHire Network – Recruitment & Training is currently searching for an experienced Resort Manager for a prestigious luxury resort in the Maldives.

We are looking for a highly operational and guest-focused hospitality leader with a strong Food & Beverage background and proven experience within luxury resorts.

• Strong Food & Beverage Service background – MANDATORY
• Previous Maldives resort experience – MANDATORY
• Current/recent Resort Manager, Hotel Manager or Director of F&B experience within luxury hospitality
• Minimum 2 years in a senior operational leadership role
• Strong luxury resort background with exceptional guest-service standards
• Proven experience leading multicultural operational teams
• French-speaking candidates preferred
• Female candidates preferred
• Single-status position
