We are looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine who has built their career within internationally recognized luxury hospitality and has a proven passion for authentic Italian cuisine.
Requirements
Italian Chef de Cuisine or an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step into a Chef de Cuisine role. Proven experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining restaurants. Strong expertise in authentic Italian cuisine, including fresh handmade pasta, regional specialties, risotto, premium seafood, antipasti, artisanal breads, and contemporary Italian gastronomy. Previous experience leading a specialty restaurant with a strong Italian culinary focus. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, menu development, food costing, inventory management and kitchen operations. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment. Previous island resort experience would be an advantage.
