Executive Housekeeper

ProHire Network – Recruitment & Training is supporting a prestigious luxury resort in the Maldives in the search for an experienced Executive Housekeeper.

We are looking for a strong Housekeeping leader who has successfully managed operations within a luxury remote island resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete Housekeeping operation across guest villas, public areas and back-of-house facilities
• Maintain exceptional luxury cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the resort
• Lead, train and develop the Housekeeping team
• Oversee laundry, linen, uniforms, amenities and departmental inventory
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity and departmental costs
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure consistent quality standards
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering and other operational departments

• Currently or previously worked as an Executive Housekeeper in a luxury resort
• Remote island resort experience as an Executive Housekeeper is mandatory
• Strong 5-star luxury hospitality background
• Proven experience managing large, multicultural Housekeeping teams
• Excellent knowledge of luxury villa housekeeping, public areas, laundry, linen and back-of-house operations
• Strong experience in departmental budgeting, inventory, manpower planning and cost control
• Exceptional eye for detail with consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Strong leadership, training and team-development capabilities
• Excellent English communication skills
